Sorry, forgot to mention, you are outside of US. A few other people pinged me with question about R6 2020 OTA update failing for them with the same error message, and they were in US as well. Now wondering if Hiby server has issues with that. I will ping Hiby support directly, maybe they have download link.

You have to change a setting in the updater app. Set to update only on WiFi.

That didn't help, but I got it to work when under System Update in the upper right corner (3-dot menu) selected Clean up cache. That did the trick!

Yeah, I hear soundstage is wider now (tested with Traillii), in comparison to previous fw version. I need to test more later, on my way to work now. Was just a quick impression, and I noticed the soundstage getting wider once I switched NOS on. But, take it with a gain of salt, impressions are just that, impressions. Need to spend more time listening.

Thats good news to hear the soundstage wider with the Trailli as I understand that IEM to be more of an intimate experience. Good IEM to test with.

Might be the a non playstore version. Easy work around would be a VPN but I'd probably wait a day or 2 for the US version if that is actually the issue.

As I mentioned in the follow up post, I fixed it by doing Clean up cache in System update menu. Didn't even know we had that option, but it did the trick!
