I just found a very strange issue.
I cannot use type c to type c cable to charge my player but a type a to type c cable works.
It suddenly happened and type c to type c cable still worked two days ago...
I never had this issue. Have you tried another usb-c to type c cable, or try cleaning the plugs?

Yesterday I got my Hiby R6 III. I like the design and build quality very much. I also can say that so far the sq, especially in class A mode ist great.

I´m a little shooked because the volume wheel makes very loud cklicking noise while turning. I don´t really know why anyone needs this.
Its quite a disturbance for other people in the room especially at night.
I´d appreciate a silent volume wheel (but generally I prefer a wheel over buttons....).

There might be no fix for this?
Will it be quiter after a while?

Hi to all,

I activated battery charging at 85%, but the charge continued until 100% anyway.
Someone else having this behavior?

Thanks.
1. Is your player on or off when this happens? (it only works to limit charging while the player is on (in Android).
2. If the above is not the problem, what charger are you using?

Hi guys,

I'm pairing my R6 III with an iFi Zen Can through the single-end line out. Sin the Zen Can has plenty of power, does it matter (in terms of sound quality) which output gain stage do I choose from the R6?

No, the output gain does not matter, for the line out.

Just connect a USB C to USB C cable… you can see the mojo 2 is reading the 24bit 96KHz of digital file and working as DAC/AMP.

Just not sure of is worth it, as the R6 III with DRX10K Dynamics plugin sounds very similar to the mojo 2!
Hi, Are you still using the Mjo 2 with R6 III, If so, how much is Mojo 2 improving the SQ with this paring? Is it better than the R6 III in general? Please share your experience.

I have mine set at 80%. It happens every once in a while that it charges past that but restarting the device fixes it for me.
Well, I tried the restarting part, but that doesn't seem to work either.
Must be a software bug.
I'l leave it at 100% for the time being until a new firmware is available.

Thanks anyway, have a nice day.

Try using a different charger, perhaps one that does up to 9V but not beyond in terms of fast charging?
