One of the channels on my fc3 no longer works - has anyone tried claiming warranty on their FC3?

Im from the UK and bought mine from AliExpress during BF couple of months ago

well if it's within the warranty period it is within warranty. For an item bought directly from HiBy you do need to return the item to HiBy in China to claim warranty, for which I'm sure the store will guide you through the process.

What is it with aluminum-cased chinese DACs losing channels? The exact same thing happened to my SMSL Idea five years ago. Just bad engineering by these random companies, I suppose that's where the savings comes from. The HiBy FC3 is in fact a great DAC as long as it works, and mine is still working fine after the past few months of owning it.

Hi guys, so I recently bought a fc3 , I use tidal mainly with Samsung s22 ultra , the first day was playing fine but now it runs for 5 minutes and them it's stops working, I reconnect the usb and it works for more 2-3 minutes and stops , faulty unit ?

After 16 month my FC3 seems to be broken, but not completely. Can anyone try to connect it without the 3.5mm jack plugged and see if windonws detects it as "ESS USB Audio" please ? It is maybe just a defectuous socket.
