hi, that's right.

I already have it opened and it's a 3.7v 290mah, it has 3 wires and a very tiny board actually built onto the battery.

FYI, that "tiny board" is a charging/discharging protection circuit, which 75% of those small cells have.

If for some reason the battery ou buy doesn't have that, it can be swapped over from the original cell as long as you're careful.
