Help! K701 won't reach my ears!

So I'm not the only one huh? I was wondering if this was a common problem or not. I was able to get them sent to Newegg on warranty for premature wear.

Newegg is #1 in my books for electronics purchases.
Their customer service and delivery time, is second to none.
