Hi,

My X7 Mark II somehow lost access to Google Play app.
I pressed something too many times and it disabled the
Google Play and Google services. Then things got a bit hosed with the unit
so I performed a Factory reset. I had the latest firmware,
software on the unit whatever it was.

I have used the firmware upgrade tool to burn on firmware version 1.0.3 and then update to 1.1.0 but ever since i disables google services i can't turn on the wifi on the device.
I need immidate help, i spent a lot of money on this and i cant use it anymore, i have only had it for a few days now. Help would be much appreciated
Im so sad hahaha
i used the upgrade tool here http://fiio.me/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=41890&extra=

I also posed on the fiio forum http://fiio.me/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=46724&extra=
God bless you if you can help me
Thank you in advance

Factory data reset then reflash firmware seems like it would work.

When you do factory reset does it work before you update? Don't use the new rom to do a factory reset just use built in software

Does it not do Ota updates?

so ive tried to factory reset both before updating, and after, ive factory reset on verssion 1.0.3 and also on 1.1.0, only way to update is by downloading it to my pc and then transferring the file locally to the player because wifi wont turn on

You should be able to data factory reset without downloaded versions. Go into settings then factory reset.
