Hah, I bet someone translated 1cm to 1 inch per side......big difference. Also, where did anyone get that 1 cm number from. I did not see anything on the website or FB post pertaining to what “extended“ headband meant.

Why convolute the information.

Since Feb 20 it was confirmed to be roughly 1cm. Since April 4 it was reconfirmed to be 1cm.

As well, additionally, being a running production change, there will be no marker noting the headband change.

I doubt 1 cm would be enough for me and my head is not that large. I don’t see why they couldn’t go at least 1/2 inch per side, although I feel like the original plan of 1 inch per side sounded solid.

I've got a fairly larger sized noggin' and with them fully extended I find them to just fit. I doubt I would go any further...I have tried them (before the country got shut down) with my buddy and my wife and they found them to all fit just fine as is FWIW.

Been listening with the Hedd for the last 20 min Tool´s Lateralus album (96k flac format)...oh my...
Previously i had the Focal Stellia, but cant really remember the Stellias signature, since i sold it a month ago, and never tested them with my RME DAC, but the Hedd combo with the RME, is like listening the RME with my Hedd type 20 studio monitors, but with a more intimate presentation with plenty of detail and neutrality on all aspects, bass, treble, etc....

That’s awesome. The RME is on my short post apocalypse list...do you miss the Stelia...it was those or these and I am quite happy
