Yeah, I've done that to some of my headphones before, although it's usually more of a downward angle and hits the hardwood floor before skidding into the wall. Actually fixed a pair with a dodgy driver that way once.

the senns are pretty sturdy. i bet they are okay.

Give it a couple more days. I think you will find that they weren't damaged. If the drivers cone wasn't deformed, it would be hard to reduce just the low frequencies that way.(JMHO)

How would dropping the headphone and breaking it be covered under warranty per the Mfr? Seems uncool to collect a new pair from the Mfr because one breaks the headphone with non-acceptable use.
