i want to buy good headphones which have good bass but bass should not overpower audio quality too much
there should be a right mixture of audio quality and bass

I havn't heard all of those, but I really like the build quality and sound of the Senn HD-419.
 
The only thing I don't like about it is the thin cable - but at that price point, all cables are thin and need extra careful use. 
 
The sound has the same 'flavour' as the more expensive sennheiser models with a good overall balanced sound and with a rich but not overpowering bass, but with less of the refinement and detail of the high end models.
