Hey, i'm looking for headphones to listen to a plethora of Japanese music(pop, rock. animusic etc ^^, if u need i can list samples). My wallet has only 100 - 120$ not more. I was thinking about shure srh440 but i'm not sure it's good headphones for me.

I do not have a lot of experience with JPN music but here's what I suggest:
Ultimate Ears UE4000
Sennheiser HD439

If you need more vocal presence, I suggest the Shure SRH-440/840 or Sony MDR-MDR7506 ( with Beyer'd pads for better comfort)

You might want to look into Audio Technica AD700x or some A__x series (AD is open while A is closed).  
 
I personally think that Audio Technica does a pretty decent job for your genre. Sony MDR-1R like someone else mentioned is also good in my opinion but i think u'll be hard pressed to find it around ur price range

Thanks you all for help. I will be waiting for finish this promo but I do not believe that I can get srh840 for only 120$(haha xd). I think I'll have to buy another model(srh440). ^^

More than enough for us to understand! To me, language is just for us to communicate with one another. As long as they understand what you are saying, it's perfectly fine unless you are talking to businessmen or someone of higher "standard" than you although we should all treat one others equally xD
