Those are the Koss clip ons I mentioned above. If they work for your desk/table and phones, they are great. They work with a phone which has a thin metal headband, but the "jaw" is tight, so it's hard to get most of my phones to work with them without me worrying about how I'm wearing out the band.

The other thing I like about the Woos is that they take up very little space.
