Headphone amplifier with hdmi input?

Hey, stumbled on this thread on Google. The new Microsoft ZUNE HD devices use HDMI for direct digital out and since I hate Apple and no one seems to want to make anything compatible with ZUNE's USB interface, I wouldn't mind seeing a portable headphone amp with an HDMI in and a 24 bit DAC to bypass the cheap internal DAC. This would also be great for using the device in my car. It would be icing on the cake if it had a decent built in rechargeable power source. I dunno, maybe I'm asking too much.
