Looking at other threads people are starting to second guess the Slim. Which we could here something from Justin, at least it would let people know were it stands. Today is the last day of the month in which we last heard it would be end of January.

I'll have a pretty good update this week. Circuit boards, enclosures, possibly sending out some sample amps for a final check.

By the way

The whole point of the Pico Slim is to make a portable amp that

- Is the thinnest amp and doesn't add bulk to a portable rig
- Has the most adjustable & precise digital volume control to improve the experience with IEMs & sensitive headphones

I'm not sure what you mean by "second guessing". If either of the above two points have been better accomplished by another product, please show it to me.

I don't see much people second guessing, just 2-3 guys who want to make sure their decision is known publicly for some odd reason. I'm still looking forward very much to my Slim and everything I've read leads me to believe it will be the best amp for IEMs on the market.

I wasn't second guessing the quality or how good your amp is, we all know it will be special when it arrives. I believe people are just wondering when it will arrive. Other companies are bringing out products that are getting attention, most people can't afford to buy 3 or 4 amps so they will make a decision based on what is hot at the moment. Maybe next time it would be better to not start all the talk about it until the product is closer to being completed. I'm looking forward to getting mine and can't wait to experiance with my JH13's.

There are 5 companies working on the Pico Slim. A machine shop, a metal finishing company, a packaging company, a circuit board assembly company, and me. All 5 of those should be coming together next week and I'll have a lot more info.
