Received my shipping notification on 05 July 2010 and i received it in Australia on the 28 July 2010. So theres a big gap from when the shipping dockets is printed and when its actually sent out.

Any indication on when can you take time out of your busy schedule to process a refund for #288?  I also PM'd you about a US-style AC-adapter plug for my #44, which shipped with an Australian-style plug.
 
I'm OK with either deducting the price and shipping for the plug from my refund or pay for it separately.

Hear 'ya.  I was 288.  I just couldn't wait any longer so I jumped on a F/S LE version in silver.  It's gorgeous and sexy.  No wonder Justin can't keep up with the demand.  Frankly, I'm surprised how something this small can sound so good with the JH16s. Very impressed so far.
