Justin, Any hints on the potential music player you were talking about touring? Could it be the HM901 - that would be awesome. It has been impossible to demo.

Right now, my dream demo lineup would be the AK240, HM901, AK120, and DX100 in that order. I guessed Hifiman because I didn't know you were an AK dealer - I should have known better. But right now, the two heavy weights - way out in front - are the AK240 and HM901 with SQ opinion going slightly toward the 901 and everything else going to the 240 which is seemingly overshadowing the 901s SQ and price advantage. 
 
Wow, I would love to be able to sign up to demo the both of them to know once and for all which way I should go. There is no way to demo these locally which has kept me in limbo.

Now, with the new AK100/120 II announcement, I am now guessing that this is what you were originally talking about. It would be awesome to hear these as well. Given what i read on the new AK100/120 II, I am guessing that one of the two will be my next DAP purchase if they sound significantly better than my X5 or DX90. I would really like to be running my CIEMs balanced to get more out of them as my Hiditions eat power enthusiastically.
 
Are we going to hear about the tour anytime soon?

I pulled the trigger on the LCD-Xs thanks to Justin's awesome demo. Props to the fifteen other people before me that kept the cans in good enough shape to blow my mind by the time I got them at the end.

I'll give the HE-560 demo a thumbs up. I'm curious to see how HiFiMAN has improved in the comfort department since I've always found their headphones to have a bad fit on my head.

I think there should be an audition set like last years XC and X. This has a lot of interested people but with the bumps in the rollout I wouldn't touch them unless I could try them first.

Justin, we appreciate you doing these. Very helpful and shows you are the type of vendor I want to spend money with in the future.

That's probably the most exciting thing that there could possibly be a demo for at the moment (in my opinion at least). I've been contemplating buying a pair for a while now but would definitely love to have a chance to hear them first!
