I just got the Havis and have them in my ear right now. So these are initial impressions take them with a grain of salt. Just as a preamble, I've been listening to my UE900s for the last 3 days so I think its best I do a comparison of the Havis against the UE900s. I've been driving my UE900s via the balanced iBasso port from the PB2 and sourced from the DX50 but I'll drive the Havis from the standard jack on the PB2.
Packaging: I was impressed by how well the package was presented. A mate who sat next to me (I'm at work) asked me how much it costs and said that it looks expensive. There's lots of knick knacks that come with it so its a plus.
Tips: The number of tips can be seen in the first page of this thread. The one that the Havis come installed with sounded good but I tried a few of my own and settled on the UE900 medium silicone tip for the Havis.
Immediate sound impression: I turned it on and had to turn the volume up heaps (I have my PB2 set on the lowest gain running LME49860 opamps and dummy buffers). The volume dial is at about 1 o'clock which is more than even when I have my TH600 cans plugged in. Damn this thing takes a lot of juice to run. As a comparison, the UE900 sits at about 9-10 o'clock for the same volume.
When I first put them on my ears I was floored at how similar it sounds to the UE900s which is a 4 driver BA. I immediately picked that it was an audiophile sound signature and is pretty flat. It sounds very similar to the UE900s but with a little more wetness (for lack of a better word), zing and life to the sound. The UE900s are more neutral sounding and I think the BAs in them make them a little dry. But the Havis, for a dynamic driver displays a lot of the BA qualities.
Treble: The Havis highs are not rolled off, but not not harsh or sbiliant either. I think they are almost about right for me most of the time, but need to settle down a bit because I can hear some loss of control (hope burn in helps with this). The UE900s treble is slightly more rolled off than I'd like and more so than the Havis. The Havis have tuned the treble to have just the right amount of roll off.
Mids: The UE900s have beautiful mids and these although slightly less detailed are more forwardly presented, they are also quite nice. The mids aren't as smooth as the UE900s and I can hear a slight veil in the lower mids/middbass which I hope will clear up.
Bass: Remarkabely both UE900s and the Havis have a similar amount of bass quantity. I'm listening to some orchestral trance at the moment, so mid-bass is quite important and I'm hearing very good texture, attack and decay. The UE900s aren't really known for its bass so in this area the Havis beat it by a bit.
Soundstage: The UE900s for me are pretty wide and deep and the Havis sound very similar in size both ways
Separation: The UE900s have slightly better separation in the instruments, not by much
Detail: There's probably 5% more detail in the sound on the UE900s to my ears

Don't be sorry - that was interesting! And my understanding is that the B3's will only improve with more burn in (ie 50-100 hours) and with tip rolling, so they are off to a great start with you

I think that you compared them favorably to the UE900 during initial impressions speaks volumes about how good these are for 1/5th the price.

C5>>>E11K. C5 is a good 2 to 3 tiers in sound refinement. More refined than the E12 and actually seems to have more power than it even though it is rated a bit higher than the C5( according to Peter123). Astounding amp for the price. Will drive the Havi B pro to ear bleeding levels on low gain with added stage, separation, clarity, depth, detail.
Not just the Havi B but everything I own actually. This amp cost $160..It is the Havi B pro I equivalent in the portable AMP realm. I suppose kinda like the Pro II as well as it has a great Bass boost switch.

C5 destroys E11k, and according to Peter also steps all over E12. Never mind me being speechless, my ears get speechless listening to IEMs connected to C5 from X5.

So far for amps we have @Hisoundfiand @Wokei aka the truth reporting that the havis work well with the nx1 and smsl sap5.
@Hisoundfi also was reported good synergy with the jdslabs c5.
@peter123 and @Dsnuts reporting that they work well with the day in c5.
@peter123 also mentioned that the havis pair well with the e12 and even straight out of the ho of the x3.
@spurxiii paired the havi with the pb2. And seems content.

C5 plays well with IEM? Not too much power?
Yes it does, it's more quiet (no hiss/background noice) than both the E12 and the NX-1 and it sounds way better than both of them.
It sounds great with every piece of equipment I've used it with so far, be that DAC, DAP, headphones ore IEM's.
