Can someone tell us what comply tips are the correct ones???
WAAAAAAAAAAAAT? Penon Audio?
They just sell them...
Penon Audio if you're reading this please start using the Westone 2 pin connectors so that the cable is detachable.
The current ribbon cable is horrible and I can't attach a clip to it. I can also see why you include so many tips due to fit issues but the problem with all your tips is that they aren't large enough and they aren't long enough. Include longer tips that insert more deeply into the ear so that they will grip your ear more firmly and include some good foam tips like the Comply T-200.
Imaging is really good on the B3 Pro-1.
Please check these posts for eartip selections:

Deep triple flanges are not good for B3's. They kill everything and don't fit as well...
PS: Dear @Dreyka I don't understand the question regarding the detachable cable? Also this thread is related with Havi B3 Pro1. I don't think they answer from a thread post... For other off-topic products you purchased you have to contact Penon directly. They are very kind and I am sure they will answer all your inquiries.
Does Havi read this thread? Anyway to send feedback to Havi?
Differences in sound between tips is mostly rubbish in regards to materials making a difference. Important factors are seal, insertion depth and bore-hole size. Etymotic tips won't work due to the bore hole being far too small but there are tri-flange tips with a larger bore-hole.
It's unfair to evaluate an IEM if you are unable to get a good seal. Definitely, appears to be a 7/8Khz peak though. My Carbo Tenores also seem to have a less peaky frequency response.
Tips between Carbo Tenores and Havi B3 are also interchangeable due to similar bore size.
Welcome to the thread Zach !
B3 Pro1 is still in production but there is no reason for not purchase a back-up

@Baycode, not sure if you're allowed to share them based on their request, but if you could and you wanted to, it'd be awesome if you could share some photos/sketching!
I love the havi and the way it presents the music and the natural balanced timbre.. Cant wait to burn them in and relax and enjoy all my music collection
