The Meelectronic M6's are good for gym use.

I personally can't stand IEMs while doing sports. If you don't have a problem with them, the MEElecs have gotten a lot of praise. I much prefer KOSS PortaPros, but if the gym is noisy, you're gonna want something with a bit more isolation, like the MEElecs.
