SRC-DX is nice and tinyHas anyone used coaxial wth the R26? I'm looking at connecting my dx300 to the R26 when I buy it. I'm trying to figure out what the best way to do this would be.

https://audiowise-canada.myshopify.com/products/src-dxWhat is SRC-DX?
It’s a small usb to dual bnc converter. I used these for my TT2 but I am currently using it to convert USB into BNC for my other DAC. Should work for R26 too.

What would be different with this compared to just going coaxial or usb on the R26? What are the benefits?https://audiowise-canada.myshopify.com/products/src-dx

be sure next year there will be another "incredible performance for the money, this is the best DAC I've heard"I’ll wait till next year to see if Gustard have ironed out any problems before I jump.

I’m in search for my next dac. The short list is tt2 from dealer at3500€ , sonnet morpheus sh at 2800€ and a gustard r26 at 1400€. I don’t want to know fot the money what is better i want to find out how they differ and what is better in what regards .https://audiowise-canada.myshopify.com/products/src-dx

Please give a healp in here because is impossible to listen all of them at once. Just buy and sell
Many thanks
My 2 cents: Go for the R26, you get a streamer/renderer built in and also save 1400 to 2100 USD. The difference isn't night and day anyway. I bought the R26 to replace four boxes. Neat and simple.

TBH my personal preference now is R2R. I sold my TT2 for enough money to get a Morpheus and R26, both good deals. I prefer the Morpheus over the TT2 in my primary station. My R26 does good work in my secondary system. I like R26 with tubes and Morpheus with solid state.
Many thanks. I will tray first morpheus. I have ifi stream neo with beautiful fiberoptics lan and a burson soluist 3xp as a preamp. So just a dac i need

Someone mentioned upgrading R26 with a Gustard fuse. Can you describe the improvement? Has anyone compared Gustard and SR fuses?
Hi R26 Owners
my R26 is on the way and should arrive tomorrow
I have read that it is possible to connect via SSH to the device and install HQPlayer NAA service.
What username and password should I use for this?
Thanks for your help
Best

bubble upnp is streaming over wifi, it is like a remote for r26. It sends only the link to the r26. Streaming is done internaly. Bubble can stream from services like tidal and qobuz. Local streaming is also possible if you have a music library on a harddrive or nas. you can use mconnect for ios devices, its the equivalent to bubble upnpThe dx300 has a 4.4mm line out. I guess I could get a 4.4mm to dual rca to connect to the R26 and then connect r26 to wa22 with xlr. I didn't know about downloading bubble upnp. Ive never used it with anything. How would I stream with the dx300? Bluetooth?

Look into your Dx300, i think to remember it has also usbc out. So u could use then a usb-c to usb-b cable to stream directly to the r26Ok cool. I'm trying to figure out what I need to use my dx300 as source before I order the R26. I've asked on the dx300 page and have had a few responses but nothing definite on what the best option would be .

That would be a tough one to answer unless you find someone with similar listening biases , similar types of music so on though wouldn’t be nice to make a inexpensive purchase which performance wise bites at the heels at double the price . I’ve had a list of dacs bought and borrowed at multiple thousand’s more then the r26 all with their own signature sound all thoroughly enjoyed yet only a couple stood out among the others catering more to my taste and that’s all it is for me anyway. I’ve dialled my spending way back and I can honestly say I’m enjoying this hobby more now, the Accuphase not so much a budget component is such a fabulous match with TeKton speakers it’s a stupid good match for a budget speaker and with the Gustard in the mix some visitors recognizing the Gustard name get visibly shook up with a how can this be look on their faces .I’m in search for my next dac.
