This might be my ciem for home(when i come back from school) because of the versatility of the ciem....i love the cable down design...unless u guys know another company that has ciems that can be worn straight down...then this is my choice

I will be going to an audioologist next month to get my impressions done for 25$... So if u guys got any other ciems with the "cable down" design then leave a reply:D

Cable down design doesn't have removable cables.

Also sleek-audio has customs with swivel cable which can be worn either way.

It has always looked like a great solution to me -- even for people who, like me, would always wear the cable looped over their ears anyway. It just looks a lot less clunky than what UE has made into the current standard (though ironically, UE's current offering is different and better than the current standard). Shigzeo, who owns the CT6, confirmed that it's a really practical arrangement, though he doesn't like the cable itself.

[Edit:] Wait. Is Ultimate Ears (during its Jerry Harvey era) responsible for the current standard cable, or is it Future Sonics?

I have a pair of Gorilla Ears on their way. Got my impressions done and will be using a 5 driver setup per ear. Ill be doing a review on them especially since there is such limited information out there on this company.

How come you decided to purchase these over all the other CIEMs on the market?

I own an IT blog. I'm doing a review for them. I've been speaking with Alan and he is excited to get more information on them out there. At this point there are a few threads that have popped up but not anything to help someone make a decision.
