After some research for TubeAmps that are good for low impedance headphones, I cut down the options to these 3:

Aune T1 - http://www.head-fi.org/t/633006/aune-t1-usb-tube-dac-amp-discussion-thread-see-first-post-for-faq
Little Dot I+ - http://www.head-fi.org/t/364043/little-dot-i-tube-rolling#post_4739843 and http://www.head-fi.org/t/563884/little-dot-tube-amps-vacuum-tube-rolling-guide#post_7625989
Schiit Vali - http://www.head-fi.org/t/685162/new-vali-schiit-amp

The Aune T1 being a DAC/AMP, and I'm not totally sure if it's a tube dac and solid state amp, or tube amp...
I use only low impedance cans as you can see in my sig

How do they compare? I'm searching for my first tube amp, so they should deliver the desired tube sound :)

Thanks

I keep reading that the Schiit Vali is no good match with Grados, so I can kick this amp out of my list with my Alessandro MS1s'...

Did someone heard the Aune T1 and the Little Dot MK I+ and can compare? Thanks

I can not speak for the other amps...but the LD1+ works great with Grado's.

Plus, you can roll op amps and tubes.

I do know the Aune T1 has the tube on the dac, not the amp....but  have never heard it.

Someone here once said that the T1 is no Tube DAC, a Tuhe DAC would have the size of a bus... (I think it was the T1 Tube Rollers Thread).

However, it's true that the T1 has a SS amp and DAC, and a tube as a buffer after the DAC.Still, tube rolling has apparently a effect which is good enoug, if someone should be asking himself if this is good enough for being a tube amp

I didn't decide yet. I think I'll probably get the T1 for office use, since it's smaller and also a DAC.

For home I'd prefere a tube AMP that I could connect to a future better DAC (LH Geek Pulse)
So I'm looking on the LD amps, but also on the Bravo Audio Ocean or V3...

I'm debating the same question right now... but more Aune T1 vs Schiit stack. Currently using the Fiio E17.

I've got HE-400, Denon D600, and AKG K550's... any thoughts?
