I sent a query via e-mail and was replied to within two days. Seems speedy considering this thread.

For me it varies. After I bought my mpx3-slam a few months ago, I've had a running conversation via email with Mikhail. Sometimes it takes one to two weeks for him to get back to me. Other times it takes a day or two to resume our conversation. The last mail I sent to him was 4 days ago and he hasn't answered but I am not concerned. Why?

You will be very hard pressed to find a company which takes this good care of you, even after you have bought the product.

Even if it takes long to get back to you, in many other cases you will get a "sales representant" or some such who has a semi-automatic reply they throw out.
