I'm still new to this community and although I have some reasonable experience with audio, I'm always open to learning, because our tech does change. I hope I'm doing this correctly.

With that, I thought I would open a dialogue/forum post for those folks who are waiting to receive or are considering the purchase of this latest offering from Geshelli Labs...

I have one on order. Is anyone else on this ride with me? I recently put the SparkosLabs SS2590 dual pro op-amp in my DAC and I was really pleased. Andrew from Sparkos told me months ago about a new collaboration and I responded with a hearty thumbs up and that I was on board...

So, I ordered my Archel 3 pro on Saturday, May 20. Sherri explained that I have weeks upon weeks to wait. Stupid Dovetails!

Anyway... Is there anyone else waiting on their Archel 3 Pro? Anyone here have any thoughts on it? Let's get the ball rolling.

me too as I ordered custom so it's a lottery what I will get

just think - they had to create some for demo/review purposes but if you want to believe there is none then it's your choice

Is it a hand carved model? Hand soldered? Those definitely look nice. I've seen a few of those floating around.

It's here... And well, that's about it so far...

I bought all wenge wood, dovetailed. Yeah, boring... I like to keep it simple though and this aesthetically fits into my chain. I thought it would be much darker than it is.

Tone controls are not really centered at the detent. I can probably look into that. The knobs will be replaced though with black for the tone knobs and a red knob like I use on my other gear.

One thing I'm not happy about - the RCA connectors are too damn close together!

I have some seriously robust cables with locking connectors and it doesn't look like I'll be able to use them. Update: they fit just fine.

But, you know... It's here now and I'm going to put the LPS in there and get it all hooked up. Test it with the included power supply, etc.

Listening and evaluating is next obviously. My rig is pretty tight for what it is and I may not even hear any difference from my Magni+ to this.

We shall see.
