Why sell this now, and ship in August...
Going nuts waiting till May
Not going to switch, how sexy it looks though

Im quite sure I will prefer the mahogany version. It already has more than enough bass for my taste.

What I would be really interested in is a fostex-massdrop collaboration using the th900 driver. They could use the mahogany cups to increase the mids and smooth the treble a bit and voila they could hit the jackpot!

Just hate waiting for 5 month, including the shipping time from Massdrop in the US to other country.

Then buy a 2nd hand TH-X00??? If you hate the wait that bad...same for everyone. One here http://www.head-fi.org/t/802776/fs-fostex-th-x00

Well it is not possible, purchasing a used on e-bay or amazon would cost around 80-100USD including all the tax and fees to ship to where I live.
And I can not find any local used TH-X00.

Hey guys,

Have been debating on getting this. From a newb standpoint, is it worth upgrading from a V-Moda M-100 to this? I have not been using my M-100 much, and using my sr60 as my daily gaming driver.

I don't own any desktop amps, and all i own is a Colorfly c3+C&C BH.

Thoughts? Thanks.

I think so. For me using those and then getting the X00's was a different but a step up in quality and sound presentation.

Updated EZ-mod guides for all Fostex here, the final, complex and throughoutly to "dial-tune" your own Fostex into your preferences :D

This update controls down upper mid harshness and lower trebles energies and details (step 5 in part II)
