Hopefully my Opus#2 will drive it well, as I see these primarily as a portable set.

But I do have a proper desktop DAC&Amp, the NFB-28, by Audio-GD. I expect these will sound quite good off that.

I did too. Meaningless at this point. I got one on another drop. It was six days before it got scanned into the FedEx system. Then it was a week before it got here after that.
I think the notification gets sent out as soon as they print the label. Who knows how long it is before the label gets put on the package.

Not to be a downer, just a realist. This is better because I do not get disappointed.
I am anxiously awaiting this set of headphones. If for no other reason than they took my money long ago.

Well just checked and mine is on the way and no more than 120 miles away. It says Thursday but I bet a bit earlier. I had forgot about these so it will be a nice surprise.

They say they'll all be shipped by 10/10 and hopefully this is the case. We can be patient for a few more days after waiting oh so many months. XD

Mine is scheduled for Thursday as well. It would be here Monday or Tuesday if they had not used the Smart Post service. That always adds at least a couple of days or more to the process.
In fact, twice in the last 6 months my purchases from Massdrop have been lost during the hand off between FedEx and USPS. I would be willing to pay a premium if they simply went with FedEx, UPS, or USPS priority.

Anyway, good luck to all waiting for these. I too had all but forgotten about them. The long wait is a disadvantage of dealing with Massdrop.

Man, hearing everyone else post their estimated delivery dates is really making me jealous while I sit here expecting to be the last person to have his pair sent out.
