Shake Your Money Maker Live by The Black Crowes - Celebrating their reunion and 30th anniversary (should have been 2020 but Covid happened) tour of 2021/22. They play almost all of their debut album and then continue with some real nuggets, like Remedy and It's Only Rock 'n' Roll (Stones cover).
I thought the Schiit stack and Grados were order of the day for this album and it proved to be a good choice - next up some Grateful Dead

"Caspian are an atmospheric, primarily instrumental post-rock band based on the East Coast of the United States. Their sound is cinematic in scope, alternating lush, melodic, and powerful guitars atop mellotrons and keyboards propelled by a forceful, imaginative rhythm section. They also employ noisy electronics and textured ambience."

Their cover of Time by Floyd is pretty sick! Appreciate you sharing, checking these guys out.some ‘trail fi’ today. Took the ru6 and oracle mk ii out for a hike in the hills and on the beach. Once the weather is warmer this setup won’t be viable unless I get a fanny pack/bum bag. Works great now stowed in the pocket of my hoodie, but would be too clumsy just in pant pockets. Sounds great though.
anyone into some ripping good acoustic guitar , give these guys a go.

Kickin' back getting my relaxation on so I'm running my modded Letshuoer S12s driven by the Cayin N8ii. A few easy mods and the S12s become a whole different beast that competes with IEMs that are much more expensive. Claims like that are made often, but most of the time when I try those mods, the improvements are much more modest than the claims. The S12 starts with a quality driver and a simple design that makes it much easier to introduce mods that produce significant improvements without compromising other areas. It also makes for a platform that you can easily modify and tune to your preferences rather than following the mods others think sound good. Thirty minutes can take an IEM that's a great value performer and make it a truly great IEM.
Anyways, for music I have Return To Forever at the top of my queue with a 2012 two-CD live album entitled The Mothership Returns. This album is absolutely fantastic listening. Lenny White's drumming is off the charts good. Al DiMeola lays down some absolutely fire guitar solos throughout. Chick Correa is obviously a legend on the keys. The whole album is just ridiculously sick!

Phoebe Bridgers sounds divine. I have no other words to describe the experience.

Oh man, the Holly Cole, one of the finest recordings of all time. Her voice at its peak and the trio firing on all cylinders. A true desert island disc if there ever was one!ZMF Aeolus | Woo Audio WA2 (GEC 6080, Mullard EZ81 Square Get, Mullard CV2493)

This afternoon I've got the Drop+DCA Aeon Closed X driven by the Schiit Lyr (Amperex Bugle Boys) with the Modi Multibit 2 decoding all the bits and pieces from the optical out on my Wiim Mini.
I wanted to listen to something pretty chill this afternoon so I started browsing my library looking for something that fit the bill. After some digging, I came across a live album that I purchased from Qobuz in 24/96 hi-res, Chick Corea Trio's 2013 release Trilogy. I'm only five tracks in and can already tell you that this album is great! So far, it's just track after track of absolutely stellar playing by three top notch musicians operating at the height of their musical genius.
