Ballads Of The Broken (2021) by Jelly Roll - According to Wikipedia, his genres listed are Hip Hop, Country Rap, Country Rock, Country and Southern Hip Hop. Hmmm, I don't like Hip Hop or Rap, neither of which I am finding much evidence of and am thoroughly enjoying this album. Whatever it is, I like it and Jelly Roll has one hell of a voice, smooth with a little grit when called for. Judging by his back catalogue, I have a LOT of listening to do but I'll get there - unsurprisingly, this sounds ridiculously good on the RS-1x.

[edit] I went back to the album before this and there is a lot more hip hoppery, so it looks like he started out a rapper and is gradually moving into more melodic genres
