For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Make sure you leave a little bit of crispness/crunch to the lentils. I love lentil soup as long as the lentils aren't a soggy mess and add some texture to the soup.

Hey buddy, can you tell me where the stop for Main street is?
Sure pal, just watch me and get off one stop before I do

:D

Managed to get in a lot of listening today, mostly opera. So, winding down with some mono Bob Dylan, the only way I can tolerate the sonics of his early 60's stuff. Via ZMF Aeolus, in probably the least fancy looking wood I've come across, mango. Picked it out specifically for the weight: 420g.

Hiby R6 --- AüR Audio Neon Pro

Hypnotizing techno, in sort of a trance sitting in front of fireplace.

Superb album. Will listen to this tonight.

And now listening to Out To Lunch, Eric Dolphy knew how to wring the emotions out of any instrument he picked up. Beautiful.

Edit: enjoyed that so much I'm relistening to the whole thing but with rs2e's, in part to remind myself where the extra cash went. 😃

These are ridiculously good headphones. Near the beginning of "gazzeloni" I had the distinct impression that Eric had just gently spat into my left ear!.... In a good way 🤠

The Power And The Glory by Gentle Giant - R.I.P. Ray Shulman 1949 - 2023. Ray was the youngest of the three Shulman brothers that started Gentle Giant and provided bass, violin and vocals. This was their 6th album and the first without Phil Shulman (lead vocals, sax, trumpet, clarinet, percussion). My favourite track is Aspirations, featuring Kerry Minnear on lead vocals and keyboards, it's all very delicate and beautifully detailed. Fun fact about Kerry Minnear, he only ever sang on the studio albums, never live, as his voice was too fragile and weak to cope with live vocals.

Some things like guitar and violin punch way above the price point on Grados

Checking this one out myself as we speak. I went with the Audeze MM-500s off the GS-X Mini/Gustard R26 rig. He certainly likes to give his reeds a workout! 😎
