My Senn MX500s from them seems fake (compared to the genuine ones I bought from TigerDirect before. These old ones were verified by Senn Canada to be real - as they sent me a warranty replacement when one died.)

Haha. I'd bet there's a 90% chance they're coming fake. Just look at the other items they have! Fake iPhones, fake iPods, fake motorola's... for like 80% off. I'm extremely surprised there are no legal issues there.

I can tell you just by looking on the pictures they are 100% fake.
I've own the real product. Very different.
Maybe the first photo is from Sony, I agree with toxic888 there are not much legal in this to show such photos or even to say they are Sony's.

You know the reason why those PL-30s are genuine is probably because the PL-30s are Chinese...I don't think Chinese people would fake they're own product...Sony, Apple, and Motorola on the other hand, well they are foreign and expensive...so they try to duplicate them, thus selling fakes.

It has nothing to do with whether it is Chinese or not, but whether it is profitable or not. Why fake $10 stuff to earn $2 when you can fake $100 stuff to earn $80?

There is no fake FiiO in the market yet - that should cover your question.

Probably not a big enough market to make it worthwhile
