Why would that be an issue? I'm curious
Some couriers will not ship batteries, for example Australia Post. You may have luck using a forwarder, but you should check with them first (if they do, they might charge more $ for shipping batteries). I sent my Bathys to a friend and not a forwader.

Ok, I guess they do that differently in other parts of the world. I would not bother declaring batteries in such tiny quantities

I decide returning my Bathys few days ago. Three reasons for this:

1. Comfort. I trying and trying and I can't stopping feeling I have something big in my head. Sometimes clamping force is little strong too but isn’t so terrible. But this discomfort is making me adjusting the headphone ALL the time and this isn't working for me because enjoyment isn’t sufficient. You have 8 clicks in the arms for extension. I’m in 7th position but positions 7 or 8 never feeling 100% right.

2. The big jumps in volume steps (too loud or too quiet) in iOS and macOS are making me crazy and even when with some music is ok, with MANY isn't. This really is a BIG problem for me and us subtracting a lot of enjoyment because of the constant attempts for finding less bad compromise.

Maybe Focal fixing this in the future, but maybe not, or maybe waiting 8 months like ML with fixing head-on detection feature in 5909.

3. Battery life. The problem is that I charging the headphone 100% the second day after I receiving my Bathys, and the battery suddenly dying when I don't have even 15 hours using the headphone! I see (by chance in my MacBook) the battery having 70% and going to 50% very quickly, then quickly to 30%, and the soon to 10% and after this, maybe one hour or less, suddenly headphone completely dead, 0%. I think 15 hours is generous estimation, actually.
I am discovering the exact same issue as no.2 - I was thinking this was an iOS thing but if it's the headphones themselves then I will probably have to return, does anyone know of a workaround for this issue?
