I've had 5 foam-earpiece headphones in my lifetime and the foam tore in ALL of them after a couple months.
I was wondering if you experience the same thing with your foam headphones, and, where do you get replacement foam for these MDR-G75LW by Sony ?

Foam earpieces shouldn't disintegrate like that, even with profuse sweating. Maybe the foam is just low quality. At any rate, it would be much more cost effective to just get a new headphone similar to what you have, rather than constantly replacing the foam. I suggest the koss ksc75, available at the whopping price of $13. It looks like a similar phone to what you have, and is durable. I've had mine for a year, use them often when exercising, and they are still going strong - and the foam is as thick as it was on day one.
