Yep! They sent me a 3D mock-up of the shells too before printing to make sure I was okay with the location of the connectors and Atom module. Customer service really was fantastic through the entire process.

If you want a set of customs with the cable at the bottom, just ask for the Jake!

I’m feeling a tinge of pity that my customised NE4 didn’t come with the pelican case, which I prefer but forgot to mention to the local authorised dealer. I have way too many IEM leather cases
