Hello, I would like to know when there will be type C in stock. And I would also like to ask: Would it be possible to use a type C adapter in the lightning version? Thanks
KA11 is currently out of stock, and is expected to be available in mid-March.
OTG's type C adapter can connect to the Lightning version.

Hello, I recently bought one and after a couple of uses it's not recognised anymore, either by USB audio player pro or the fiio control app.
Is there any way to reset it?
Seems something wrong with the usb driver interface. I tried on a couple of phones and it is the same. The led light turns on, but the device is not recognised. Sometimes uapp finds a null device, but there is no sound.
Sometimes it's temporary recognised, but sound skips every couple of seconds
Gents, I need help. Bought KA11 3 days back and today after just 5 minutes listening on Grado SR325i the dongle start to exhibit issue exactly like above archigius post. It is undetected on both Samsung S24 Ultra and Window 11 PC with blue light on with or without headset plugged in. I tried to download the firmware 0.07 but it just won't initiate the download from that site/link. Plus how do I flash the firmware, which software I need? Hope Fiio will make ammend with firmware update.

I'm sorry. Please don't worry too much. Please check in the device manager of your PC to see if the device is recognized

My ka11 still has problems to be recognised at times (Android Phone). It would be good idea to address this issue. I own a Shanling UA3 and I've never had a problem. Firmware stability could be an issue with the ka11

Is there any way to revert to the previous firmware? My ka11 is basically useless right now. At this moment is not recognised at all by my Phone. It has started with music reproduction stuttering, and now if it's connected to the Phone the light turns blue and the device gets warm very quickly, but nothing else happens.

Firmware version V0.08 can be upgraded.
KA11 V0.08 firmware
1. Optimize the issue that FiiO Control volume adjustment cannot be saved.

Description:
1. If the sound becomes quieter after updating this firmware, please increase the volume in FiiO Control;
2. FiiO Control volume adjustment function is a supplement to the volume of the front-end playback device, making the volume adjustment more delicate. If the volume adjustment of the front-end playback device meets the requirements, you don't need to update this firmware;
3. To update the firmware, you need to use a Windows computer, connect the Type-C interface or connect it through an adapter;
4. iPhone and other iOS equipment volume curve is relatively perfect, so the LT version of KA11 does not need to update this firmware;
5. At present, this firmware has a very small probability of mono problems when adjusting the volume in FiiO Control. If it occurs, it can be restored by continuing to adjust. It is recommended to adjust the volume through the front-end playback device after adjusting the volume to a suitable value in FiiO Control.
