We have replied you about that via email as well. It may be a hardware issue with your X7MKII if both the lineout and headphone port have the same problem.

Dear FiiO, two and a half year ago I bought FiiO X7 mk II, unfortunately now on headphone out from am3a module and also from the line out the sound started to have permanent beep noise and music become very very distorted, the problem occurs in pure mode and in android mode, fiio player and third party players, even factory reset did not helped, have you ever heard of a similar problem? Thank You

I had the same problem. It was caused by a faulty battery - I sent my player to Fiio, they replaced the battery and everything is ok at the moment.

By the way, I am from the Czech Republic as well!
As far as the local service is concerned, you mean the official Czech distributor (gothic.cz)? When I wrote them a message, no one ever responded, so I rather sent it directly to Fiio.

Yes exactly, they have my x7 since monday, they wrote to me today that the problem didn't show up, so I asked them to let the player warm up for at least an hour and so they can test it,
it is strange that they give the customer from Slovakia immediately answer and the local customer from the Czech Republic they do not answer

Anyway, what was the total cost for repair by FiiO with shipping? Thanks

Not sure about the shipping cost, I think it was about 10-15 USD. The cost of repair (and sending back) was 30 USD.

Fiio was really quick, they repaired it in a few days. Nevertheless, I'd been without my love for a long time (2 months) because of Chinese customs.

wow... sending a parcel into china that cost only 10-15 USD? What courier did you use?

The key is to send it as "Cenné psaní" and in customs paper, fill in a low cost (ex. 15 USD) and something like "Faulty audio player, returning under warranty". But it's a good idea to insure it for more, the cost shouldn't be high.

I had this problem too and I think it's a corrupt file. I decided to scan selected folders until I got to the one that stopped the scanning. However yesterday after installing the latest version, the automatic scan worked without a problem....
