Please, can you make sure the DAC section of Q7 (or X7 as well) will finally allow volume control directly through Apple OSX?

Astell & Kern DAPs works perfectly this way.

When you connect the DAC to the OS X, it allows you to use system volume keys to operate the output volume.

This perfectly works with the Audioquest Dragonfly and AK240 and also many others.

Unfortunately with any FiiO product - like X5, E17K .. etc - you just get volume controls GRAYED OUT - not usable.

So instead of this :

We are getting this :

Shouldn't it ALWAYS be about the music and not so much about the fact that it can't do all that the masses seem to want, nothing in any earthy category can please everyone. I just want to hear my music in the best achievable way possible, does not need 10 dacs 7 sd card slots or a gazillion terabytes of internal space, blah, blah and blah. I just want good sound, space for about 50,000 songs and decent battery time. So this is the gospel according to me. I am not stating that this is how it shoud be, just my style, simple.

From the spec I see that the 200mw 16ohm module is referred to as own module is it included with the player? I mainly listen through my ce6p. Does it mean I will need to buy the player + the iem module?

I made a post like this about a week ago. My AK120ii has more functionality than I think a player should, though not by much. I want my DAPs streamlined, simple, and all about the music.

For everything else, I have my Galaxy S6. :D
