YES! OH MY GOD YES.
So...you mean this is a known problem, or you are also having this problem and don't know if it is known?
YES! OH MY GOD YES.
4. Back when all the category listings were single level, I'd suggested the ability to freely combine category filters as you suggest. The developers chose to hard-code the artists->albums hierarchy instead, perhaps because the early X players did not have processing power for the freeform suggestion. Now the X7 has come out, with all the processing power one can ask for, but the FiiO Music app appears to have taken some cues from the previous X player UI. I can certainly field your suggestion to the developers now and see if they can do it in the future--but it seems we're still partly in a bugfixing phase.
6. I'm sure this is possible...
I have noticed that when the x7 has been playing for a bit the pause button does not respond. However, if I turn the screen on, the play/pause button responds again for a while. Is this a known problem?

I'm still getting the issue with the "format not supported" on files when I play music through the default player. I brought this up earlier, and it appears 1.8 didn't fix this. The weird thing is that if I wait for a while, the X7 is able to read my file.

Did you do a factory reset?
I get that too. Only seems to happen when looking music up by its location rather than by artist or track or genre. But it doesn't happen very often -- just often enough to notice it.

Wrong thread? That's for the DP-X1 isn't it?
