OK so you need a good cable kit and soldering iron for the job.

If Neutron or PowerAMP as music player apps are allowed you can simple access over a samba share from a WiFi hard drive.

Just recieved WD My Passport Wireless. It works great with my HDP-R10 and Neutron using DLNA, which PowerAmp does not support. So i think it will also work with X7 in future.
Just got extra 1 GB on my R10:)

Uh... it does not look like originally designed... what is that edgy gap near screen? Why edges are shar cut? :/
Maybe titanium material was a better idea... (well titanium alloy would be awesome). Looks a bit too thin... means battery will be smaller...

Did you not see the picture James posted? I think your seeing a wide angle lens making it look thinner than it is. Just look at the RSA balanced out connector. Can't get much thinner than that.

It has aptX I believe, so although that's just a codec it should improve the stream quality.

Actually, didn't James say they dropped aptX because of the cost of licensing? I know it says aptX on the first page but I think it was dropped.

Edit: Found it......

sorry not APT-X cause the cost. not the hardware but the APT-X asked very high licence fee.
