I wouldn't mind vibration feedback for battery level alerts, especially in my pocket.

it is a connector for battery. and there are not second MicroSD slot. very sorry.

Thanks - we can all chill out now and move on. Doesn't matter anyway - the X7 will be awesome

There are 128g MicroSD card and I believe there will have 256g MircroSD card. so the capacity is not a big issue . and we may release couple version, for example, maybe a 128g build in memory version

. also you need to consider whether the X7 can handle so many

sound tracks in the data base.

No problem with the haptic feedback, as long is customizable to implement in anything I want. Regarding to memory 128gb internal is highly beneficial (at least for me) + obviously MicroSD.

Since is an android device this memory can de used for many other things + music-files (not to mention the fact that can start using the device just right out of the box)

128gb internal would be awesome.

if you could also do 256 gb internal, that would be even better, even if i would have to pay more.

i totally understand, no problem then!

i really wish that x7 is going to be as great as it is looking right now, and the most important aspect, to sound good!

also, i know that you are having X5II in plans, i was wondering if you would make it have a sabre DAC and sound at least close to x7?..

For me 64gb would be fine to keep costs down, no less though.

64gb would be not enough, at least for me

i already filled 2X64 gb cards in x5, only taking favorite songs from every artist.

i wanted that in future i could take entire discographies.

i already want to add more on x5 than i can. 200gb cards from sandisk are a long way to come, cost 300$.

128 cards are coming down nicely though.
personally i'm fine with 16GB. even 8GB would be enough for me.

then you can buy the less internal memory version. better because you get to keep more money.

That one should be for the battery. I think the display connector is on the bottom right next to the cardslot.
The thing that makes me wonder is: why the heck is there a vibration-thing on the righthand side? It's neither a phone nor do you need to receive haptical feedback for notifications. The only purpose could be vibration feedback when tapping the screen like some early generation cellphones with resistive touchscreen have had (though the X7 should have a capacitive touchscreen which wouldn't make it necessary).

So the vibration feedback is not necessary ? it is ok and quite easy to us to remove it from the PCBA

 !

Imo you don't need a vibration feedback if you have a capacitive touchscreens as every single touch-point of the screen has got the same sensivity. Back in the days when many devices had a resistive screen, it could have been useful in the corners and the edges of the screen because they were less sensitive than the center and tapping the screen didn't always lead to an input.

Removing it from the PCB would only make sense if the price was also lowered which would be ridiculous as it would only be a few cents. You could leave it as it may be useful for battery or e-mail notifications, you could also make it vibrate when turning on/off and giving us the ability to select whether it should vibrate when skipping a song by pressing the hardware keys.

Not Sabre DAC in X5 II
