I just re-shot the vids in focus:D

They will be up in a while for those visitors who have not seen the awesomeness of Analogue or Hi-Fi ( I will be video'ing ALL the themes)

Oooooh, that'll be a whole bunch a work!! Much appreciated!

I think most non members can't get a feel for the quality without a vid.

My vid was a semi rant at a person suggesting my Theme was less legit because my 60+ fw flashes were not original enough

Future vids will be pro

LOL

Lets let the end user decide that and not folks who have never tried not to hit the toiled  for fear of losing their mental spot /focus/ in THE ZONE!! or skipped a meal while flashing and tagging 30 images 3 times in a row.

Really looking forward to yours Theo - I'm still using Modern Simplicity (I just added a few of my own personal touches for me).  Keep up the great work.

it was mainly just cosmetic changes - things like the USB icons etc - more playing around than anything - and doesn't probably match artistically with the theme itself - so I don't think I'd post anything unless it actually contributes something worthwhile.

The good thing in following your work though is that I've learnt quite a bit about what can be changed - and then combining it with taking apart HBBs and Relics themes has taught me more. My biggest problem at the moment is time - I have more review units coming in, and I need to make sure I give the manufacturers (who trust me to review their gear) dedicated attention.

I've been inspired by one particular image recently though - and I have a germ of an idea forming - so at some stage I'd like to play around with my own original theme ideas.

Thankfully you guys have forged the path - allowing others an easier road to follow.

Hopefully the notes I'm making will help too. I've annotated a fair number of items in the .ini files which may give a clearer idea of what can be done and how to do it.

Good luck with your theme (when you get around to it)

On the topic of your reviews, are you making youtube vids or articles? (links?)

Nope - nothing with youtube - mine are all Head-fi based.  Links in the spoiler.  Better not take this off-topic

TheoS53 curious if you've done any volume knob rotation other than the stock arcs? I'd like to test it out but too busy to do so right now.

Your theme is looking very smart! :)

For anyone interested in my 'Analog' theme I've smoothed out the startup and shutdown animations, removed the glowing tubes, did some tweaks to the saturation and contrast on the meter, and tweaked the volume image. I overwrote the existing file so no new link is required.

Talk about OCD. LOL. I believe this one is done! :)

Cheers

"For anyone interested"...that's hilarious. You have a bigger fan club than you think :) Can't wait to try it once I'm home!
