Jun 30, 2014 at 10:57 PM Post #182 of 2,614
Back from a 2 week vacation in San Francisco (also attended Google I/O).

I just updated the front post to include the latest beta firmwares for easy access (2.02 and 2.03).

They have introduced playlists in the 2.03 beta firmware. More details in the respective threads linked in the first post.

Appreciate the efforts of those whom write the firmware and custom it. I just downloaded the matrix theme and Im loving it. Sometimes I wish I am savvy in programming so I can custom and share here as well. Cheers to all efforts!

Steve Jobs was a poser, he didn't even write code.

Can't deny he helped in creating some great machines though.

He had an idea, made others code it. This made the mouse and the graphical user interface a thing.

I actually admire Steve Jobs a lot, but he was never shy about stealing ideas. Mouse and GUI were lifted from XEROX PARC. Better to say popularized the mouse and GUI by taking them mainstream .

He may have been an *******(not very nice person) at times, but he 1upped our technologies a lot.

I was made aware of this video on the Verge yesterday.
