@FiiO Well, your cleaning method has worn the gold plating on the contacts, and now, it is a fight getting the UTWS5 to initiate the charging procedure. And even wen I get them to charge, one charges more than the other almost always.

@FiiO , your UTWS5 with 1.5 firmware keeps connecting to my phones while it is placed inside its case. After cleaning the pins, the same is still happening. I have my UTWS5 paired with two phones. My Xiaomi POCO F2 Pro and my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Today, without taking the UTWS5 out of the case at all, it connected to my Samsung phone. Will you do something to fix this issue?

This is my daily driver, when I dont use the Pegasus. Soon I will be able to test it with the Ara too.
Perfectly nice combo. Much better than UTWS5 with the ie900. Ie900 requires much more power to be driven properly.

Oh damn the new iFi GO Pod is gonna eat FiiO's lunch. Same hardware (some may see it as better) as UTWS5 but with proper LHDC and LDAC support. If FiiO dont act quick UTWS5 is dead

Yes but the price difference between them is peanuts money for some people, maybe 1/10 or 1/100 the price of the IEM they paired with

Many will buy it, even if the SQ is marginally better only. It looks like more luxurious product fits for higher end IEMs.

Also the case is huge. It has enough space to put Odin, Mentor and similarly sized high end earphones into it. Fiio has not enough space to hold these enormus IEMs, so I guess it was an intentional move. This can be a downside for many people too.
