1. The Recommended headphone impedance of Balance headphone port is 16-300ohm. 600ohm is not within the Recommended headphone impedance range actually.
2. We just tried to test the SNR when connecting to 600ohm impedance, the value is about -90dB instead.

Thank you for that. Was that test with the 2nd harmonic regulation setting off? Is it possible to have a db figure for 32ohm?

Please try to enable the USB output option in the FiiO Music app and set DSD output mode to 'DOP'. Can it help?

@FiiO - any news/updates on a working remote app on the R7 yet? This has now replaced my CD player and streamer in my hi-fi listening room so being able to control it from my armchair would be the icing on the cake. I have the remote and it works well but is limited from a distance due to the small screen.

No, we did not turn on the 2nd harmonic regulation setting. In low gain? The db figure for XLR headphone port is about -110dB.

the lovely R7 was tested by audiosciencereview.com.
There is mentioned that there is a „ESS IMD Hump“ issue seen on the device.
If I understand it correctly, this could be also fixed be firmware? Are you aware of this?

Hi guys. How do I avoid duplication of files in the R7's database and how do I fix it? Seems to be caused by removing SSD to add music and the rescanning after reconnecting it. Thanks.
