Sometimes when I pause playback on the M17, and then unpause it, the music comes only through the right channel. I then have to unplug the DC power and plug it back in in order for both channels to work. This has happened with two different headphones. I mainly use Qobuz, but it has happened with Deezer too. Has anybody else experienced this?

Which method is correct to activate "Enhanced mode" via DC adaptor?
a) first connect DC plug to M17, then turn side slider from "BAT" to "DC".
b) first turn side slider from "BAT" to "DC", then connect DC plug to M17.

Hi Maybe I’m missing something, but how do I show the UV meter in the FiiO app?
Then tappning on the album art at the Now playing page I just get the lyrics screen.

I figured it out. I had, under settings>theme, the Now playing page as Spectrum display, and as soon as I went back to the default setting it worked.

Hi, I’ve been trying to find out how to double-tap to wake screen on my M17 but have only been able to find that it works on the M11.
Is this not available on the M17?

Hmmm so I have issues with the M17 USB connexion to my Musician Pegasus DAC.
USB connexion works for DSD but fails for FLAC files no matter which setting (DoP, D2P, native) where it outputs some "click click click..." noises instead of sound.
I have tried two cables.
My Shanling M9 does provide flawless output in USB for FLAC and DSD... and works with Qobuz too.
I have thus been running coax on the M17 instead of USB but still annoyed...
Any ideas?

Re Double-two to wake - thanks for the help guys, I don’t have latest update that’s why I couldn’t see it.
However, and I’m really starting to feel dumb now, how do I put the M17 into storage mode so that I can transfer the update?
I cannot see where in the Fiio music app or the settings where to enter storage mode?

EDIT: okay figured to use android file transfer and got the file onto the device, but how do I enter ES File Explorer to install it!
Jesus I thought I was reasonably tech-savvy!

Go to settings, system, system update. If you are connected to wifi, it should update without all that fuss
