Stealth is a plannar , and non of them are easy to drive. Some do better with higher voltage and some with lower voltage and higher current. However, they are the hardest to drive for “Dynamic headphones” designs.
Anyways, the “drivability” and the “performances” are subjective terms as it is relying on a subjective performances POV
However, The battery packs can either swing current, or voltage, but not both at the same time. Something will have to give and compromise. Most of the time, players with rated output are being disclosed in the optimized manners in order to have the highest rated output for marketing purposes. Just keep in mind that there are physic laws
I understand and I agree of course..
Just till now, I could only find the Less Bx2+, which is able to move properly (without clipping) the HEDDphone One and the DCA Stealth => but It's something like uncomfortable to carry and use a DAP and a bulky portable amp, with battery life issues..
This M17 should be a good all-in-one device for my situation, though, I guess, it won't offer the best sound quality like many desktop combos can provide.
