I'm usually very patient on items I buy, as long as I have clear communication or updates.
Nothing on my order as I placed it indicated a potential delay, and from my understanding, my order ought to have been at least looked at and started to be processed within a few working days after ordering.
In my case, nothing has changed.
Unfortunately, I may have to contact Shargeek again and try and get an update, which will now likely be tomorrow onwards as its Sunday.

That’s odd. I also purchased the solar panel/case. Not sure if that changes anything. Maybe it would ship from somewhere else. I think I received tracking within 24 hours. I’ll keep you in the loop. I still need to order the DC cable.

Just an update; after contacting Shargeek early this morning (Mon 27 Feb '23), they contacted me back with an apology, stating the following:

I am sorry that we will send out the package today due to a problem in the production of our storm 2, which caused a shortage of stock.

After a pleasant yet restrained response back, I will wait and see when they have dispatched the item; my order still states Unfulfilled, so will be keeping an eye out.

@FiiO Please implement support for .CAF files in your next FiiO music app update so that I can listen to them in pure music mode. USB Audio Player Pro supports them so, the M17 hardware has no issues in that regard.
