The FiiO Music App V3.1.0 is coming with brand new functions! With support for MQA Core Decoder (1.99 USD), it allows you to enjoy your music the way it was meant to be heard. In addition, the new V3.1.0 supports built-in CUE, built-in lyrics, multimedia service WebDAV and so forth. Come and try it now!

Changes and improvements about the new V3.1.0 are as follows:
1. Added a new function of user account system;
2. Added support for MQA Core Decoder (There is no 'MQA subscription' option in the settings menu of the FiiO Music App if you are using the M17, M11 Plus, M15, M11 Pro and M11 since they support decoding MQA tracks already. Other devices should pay for subscription);
3. Added support for built-in lyrics;
4. Added support for built-in CUE;
5. Added support for multimedia service WebDAV;
6. Added a new function of displaying the name of the DAC and currently playing sampling rate under USB Audio mode;
7. Improved the function of volume control under USB Audio mode;
8. Improved the display effect on some UI pages;
9. Miscellaneous performance improvements and bug fixes.

The following changes and improvements have been made to the FW1.0.3 compared to the FW1.0.2 on M17:

1. Added a new function to disable battery charging (you can enable it in Settings-Battery);

2. Added a new function to hide the full screen indicator when using gesture navigation (you can enable it in Settings-Global-System navigation-Gesture navigation);

3. Added ambient light sync setting to synchronize the side ambient light with the knob indicator(you can enable it in Settings-Display-Indicator light control);

4. Added the volume adjusting mode shortcut icon in drop down menu (you can hold and drag it in the drop down menu-edit to add);

5. Added a new option to the multifunction button setting: Lock screen/Wake up;

6. Added more timers options for idle poweroff;

7. Added the option of 'Do not display again' in the pop-up window when All to DSD function is enabled;

8. Fixed the issue where the output would be error in USB 2.0 port when exclusive USB audio access mode is turned off;

9. Fixed the issue where the white noise might be heard while playing music in Bluetooth transmitting mode;

10. Miscellaneous improvements on performance.

1. Added a new theme: Technology (can be enabled in Settings -> Theme -> Custom background);
2. Upgraded the BT device control center to a brand new one(now called FiiO Control);
3. Added sorting by year;
4. Added support for DLNA-Emby service in Media Server(Emby/UPNP/SMB protocols are now supported);
5. Added Now Playing list in the Media Server playback menu;
6. Added new options: Max Volume Lock and Allow background Activity (can be set in Settings -> USB output);
7. Fixed the issue where the volume control would not work for some tracks in D2P output mode;
8. Fixed the issue where the DSD tracks might not be played properly (only white noise can be heard) while the Exclusive USB audio access mode is turned off;

How to update the FiiO Music app in players:
Set the device to storage mode and connect to computer, drag the downloaded FiiO Music (.apk) to the device. Then disconnect the connection and enter ES file explorer/file manager, find the FiiO Music app in internal storage/sd card and click install.

The following changes and improvements have been made to the FW1.0.2 compared to the FW1.0.1 on M17:

1. Added double tap to wake up function (can be enabled in Settings - Global- double tap to wake up);

2. Added volume adjustment for system USB Audio output;

3. Fixed the issue where in power off status the indicator light not works following the settings;

4. Fixed the issue where some MQA tracks might not be recognized properly;

5. Improved the playback where there might stutter in the beginning of some MQA files;

6. Improved the prompt of side volume buttons, added 'DO NOT DISPLAY AGAIN' option;

7. Improved some prompt pop-up window in FiiO Music app;

8. Miscellaneous improvements on performance.

Indeed great specs and design. Analog volume pot on the same side as the output ports. Combine that with the excellent FiiO software platform. Wow!

Woowwww if Fiio with M15 with the 4499 made a neutral bright dap, imagine the 9038pro......it will be a Ibasso killer, or a sensitive ears killer

DX220 Max was unique as well and under 2000, I hope under 2000.

Main item for me, tuning... hope not in the line of M15

Wow what a brick! I love it! A beast in the same category as the DX220 MAX and that big boy Sony (big money transportable) to a much lesser extent.
