I call shop and next wednesday i wil trade m8 in for m15
And wil go back to fh7 to. I got now me700 got on same day thy sound super and look super but after 2 hours in. My ears hurt alot thy just dont fitso i go back to FH7 just hope my dog wil not kill this fh7 set.

The official statement from FiiO is a clear no. Some however seem to have good results with putting the variable output into a balanced input. I personally would not want to risk it ..

After a few days of mental burn-in, MDR-Z1R sounds really good with M15. I think going from Cascade to Z1R is just too dramatic of a change in sound signature for me to adjust to initially. I just didn't expect to like both. Cascade has the impact and weight albeit the overwhelming bass. Z1R has very natural mids and smooth vocals, better sound stage and that premium feel. The great thing is that both headphones can be driven to their intended potential with the M15 if you want the best closed back experience.

To further clarify:
Both on the M11 Pro and the M15:
3.5mm has Single-Ended PO (Power Output) *and* 3.5mm LO (Line-Out) mode
2.5mm and 4.4mm outputs only have PO mode

Standard optical and SPDIF outs. Separate DC supply. This is really a transportable desktop device. And DC supply is 15 V.

Just got back home from trade my Shanling m8 + me700 in to Fiio m15 + FH7.
Place order for Fiio LC-RE cable and case i hope i stil can get case.
Why i trade shanling M8 i had to many FM problems and dont like how feels in my hands
Me700 sound super but thy hurt my ears so i move back to FH7. I had FH7 befor and love them.
And M8 dont work with fiio dock. Think fiio place chip in dock that check if fiio or not. Because when M8 was on it it show it got power but it wil not charge it.
If M15 wil be like my old m11 i wil super happy

My DK1 worked fine with my Samsung Note 10+ and still works fine with my Note 20 Ultra. The one idiocy is the fact that you can only charge the M15 / M11 when the data selector on the back of the dock is switched to data in .. not data out. It is behavior by design unfortunately, but stupid nevertheless .... I am not sure why your M8 does not work with the dock, but there is definitely nothing in the DK1 dock that should prevent it from functioning.
Note 20 Ultra 5G on FiiO DK1 dock.. Charging...
