I have the same issue. I have to play a local 24/192 track prior to opening Amazon Music in order to get hd/ultrahd rates.

It is an issue related to the app itself. If the third-party app does not start playback first, the underlying will use the sytem default parameter 192k when using Amazon Music app. If the third-party app starts playback first , the underlying will use the previous parameter to set track if you turn on the Amazon Music app after that.

Best regards

@FiiO, with Radio Paradise app I’m getting weird display of the sample rate on the status bar. The highest quality streams from Radio Paradise are only supposed to be FLAC 44.1kHz, but if I play any file from Qobuz app, UAPP, or local FiiO Music app that has higher sample rate before playing music from Radio Paradise, the last sample rate stays in the status bar (e.g., 48k, 96k, 192k) while playing 44.1k from Radio Paradise.

I don’t think the status bar sample rate display is always accurate when switching apps, especially when going from apps that bypass the Android audio mixer and 3rd-party apps that don’t.

Best regards,
Gus
Its definitely not accurate with Amazon, as it always shows the sample rate of the last local file played regardless of the sample rate of the Amazon track being played.

As I have mentioned before, it gives an a loud cracking sound/pop between tracks of DSD64 and "ape" files.

Update: The cracking noise seem to be caused by the dac, after all. Upon changing to another dac, the cracking sound vanished, yay!
Just curious, were you connected to the external DAC trough the USB s port of the M11 Pro or were you using the SPDIF output? I have a similar issue when connected to my Jnog through USB, I have not tried the Coax/SPDIF as of yet...I don't have the cable

Tidal Downloaded Album Issue:
I am using Tidal 2.34.1 APK. I can only get a downloaded album to play if I start it while connected to WiFi. If I go for a walk, the other downloaded albums will not play; error message says "No connection. Tap to refresh". Any suggestions?

I have sued the usboutput of the M11Pro connected to a Woo WA8 and it cracks like crazy. When I use my Chord Mojo instead of the Woo, no more cracking noise. But, as I said, the gapless playback function of the M11Pro is not gapless at all as there's still a gap between songs.

You mean your GV5(?) that is lingering on your desk?
Yes ... that Go-Vibe amp. Cost about $100 back in 2006. I only it with the 9v batt. but I've heard it can get even better when using external pwr jack.
The std. story is true: headphone/earphone (1st); amp (2nd); source (DAP/DAC) (3rd)

Hi. Is there a free utility that will convert FLAC to MP3, but keeps the file structure? I.E. If you give it all the artists that are in a folder called "A", In my case, ABBA to Art Of Noise, all with individual folders for each artist and you get the same back and not just a load of files not in individual folders.

Anyone here having issues when using the M11 Pro in USB DAC mode? The M11 Pro will restart itself when I connect it to my MAC to be use as a DAC. It will work flawlessly after that. I’ve only done it 3 times , but every single time, it will restart itself.

I’ve only used it in USB mode a few times myself, but haven’t had that issue personally.

Foobar2000 converts and pretty much also does anything you can imagine in your wildest dreams.

Can someone check for me if you can load KKBox app on the M11 Pro? It's an Asian based streaming service. Thx

Dear friend,

Please try to update the firmware to latest version and do a factory restore to check again.

If you have another usb cable, please have a check as well.

Best regards
