@FiiO he is talking about this picture. You can clearly see, that there is an difference in colorHi Fiio,

Hi! Please have a look at the pictures! They are clearly different! It’s not just the light! I have compared them side by side by myself (the hand on the picture is mine )- one has a greenish color, 100%!Dear friend,
We do not have M11Plus or M11PlusLTD in green/blue colour. We checked with the distribtuor and they don't recognize those colors.
It may appear that way because of the light.
Best regards

Are you sure that it isn't a "Titanium" M11S?

Nope. That was very clearly aluminumAre you sure that it isn't a "Titanium" M11S?

I have the titanium M11S, and the buttons are also "titanium" color, not black like that picture shows, so pretty sure that is a "titanium" colorway of the M11 Plus

Actually it even did not look like titanium colorway! Just your typical anodized aluminum color…with a bluegreenish tint to it, similar to that „pacific blue“ color that Apple used for their devices a few years ago (Iphone 12 pro), only darker and a bit more green than blue.I have the titanium M11S, and the buttons are also "titanium" color, not black like that picture shows, so pretty sure that is a "titanium" colorway of the M11 Plus
And it’s funny Fiio keeps on denying this color exists- because basically everyone can go to E-Earphone in Akihabara, Japan‘s biggest shop for portable audio, and check it out You will find it on the 3rd floor. The greenish color is only on the „Plus“ variant, the smaller one ist plain black, and they lay right next to eachother for easy comparison

It is very definitely a different colour, my guess is a batch of bad anaodising that made it through quality control.

My M11+ LTD developed a purple vertical line on the screen, the same issue which is mentioned in this Reddit topic.
I've always respected FiiO as a brand that offers good quality products at reasonable prices, but it seems their quality control and/or product longevity leaves something to be desired, as when I think about it, almost every product I bought from them has had some sort of issue and I treat my gear very carefully.
The M11 unit was always used stationarily, just lying on my table and spontaneously developed the issue.
Very disappointing, and I don't think I'll buy any of their mid-higher end stuff anymore as it's not worth the risk to me.

You could try to contact the seller for help first. If the seller fails to help, please contact support@fiio.com with the photo attached.

Greetings to all.
I had firmware 1.0.8 installed, and I wanted to roll back to 1.0.2 (due to a problem with 3.5 output). Now my Fiio M11 Plus LTD is not responding to button presses and won't boot up, black screen, only the diode on the power button blinks. The computer does not see the device.
Help if possible.

Please check whether holding the power button for 15s helps? If not, please try to let the battery be out of power then charge it for some time. And turn it on again for check?
If the issue remains, please try to contact support@fiio.com with the receipt attached.
Best regards

@FiiO Am experienceing Bluetooth problem on My Fiio M11 Plus ESS. After 10 mins the Bluetooth connection becomes heavily distorted until no sound is heard. Restarting corrects this but only temporarily. Latest firmware and softw installed. Are you aware of this issue and is there a way to fix it? My vendor advises a facto reset.
