@FiiO Am experienceing Bluetooth problem on My Fiio M11 Plus ESS. After 10 mins the Bluetooth connection becomes heavily distorted until no sound is heard. Restarting corrects this but only temporarily. Latest firmware and softw installed. Are you aware of this issue and is there a way to fix it? My vendor advises a facto reset.

1. You could try to delete the pairing record in the player and clear the pairing in the Bluetooth devices. Then try to connect again for check.
2. If you have another Bluetooth devices, you could have a check as well.
3. If the issue still remains, the factory restore may be needed.

On Windows, you can fix it with the driver. When you install the driver, you can disable the safe mode and change the buffer. It is not 0ms but very very low. Perfectly usable to watch Youtube videos and such things. Not usable for rhythm games and such

But almost all DAP have this issue. I have 350ms on my WM1ZM2 which is why i set the adjustment in VLC and PowerDVD

At that time I tried all possible settings, changing buffer or safe mode did not change the delay at all. In my opition there is or was in the past a bug in the Fiio driver and the buffer was not possible to change, hense stable 300ms dac delay with any buffer setting:

• M11 Plus ESS firmware 1.0.2 (latest at the moment)
• Tested in Windows 11 with FiiO drivers 5.30.0.18122 and 4.47.0.
• DAP connected directly to USB 3.2 Gen 2 port using high quality cable.
• Latency does not depend on bitrate and sampling rate, 300ms for 16bit 44.1k and 32bit 384k. Tested also with 24bit/192kHz rate.
• FiiO control panel in Windows shows Input Latency 11.67ms and Output Latency 8.50ms (this is probably estimated, the real is 300ms). The buffer size and safe mode do not affect audio latency.

I don't own a Fiio player now. Would be grateful if someone can install the latest Fiio app/driver on Windows to see this problem is fixed.

@FiiO Hi, any news on future updates to fix airplay, bluetooth and usb dac audio delays on Fiio M11 Plus ESS?
On bluetooth and airplay it is impossible to watch any video. In the usb dac it still works, but the delay in the voice is very noticeable. Give us any spoilers or hope.

Have you found a solution to the USB DAC delay problem?

I can’t seem to get Apple Music to play anything over 48/24 any more. Played an album I know to be 192/24 and it’s sticking to 48/24. It will change for 44.1 to 48 but nothing else. Anyone else noticing this? On latest app version.
